Refund policy
We don not issue returns for a cash value.
We gladly accept returns for unwashed/unworn items that were purchased at full retail value for a store credit. The request must be received via email within 7 days of the shipment delivery date. Once the item(s) have been shipped back to us, they will be inspected and we will issue a store credit in the value you paid, minus a $7.95 handling fee for the return shipment and restocking. The gift card will be sent to the email address you have associated with your customer profile.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@wrappedinright.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All International orders are final sale.
All items received as part of a giveaway or purchased with shop credit are final sale.
Due to the time sensitive nature of holiday themed designs, these items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be emailed to you.
